Frank P. Harris
Frank has been practicing law in Georgia for 40 years, and has a peer rating of “AV Preeminent” from Martindale-Hubbell. In mediations, Frank understands where both sides are coming from; as an attorney, he has represented parties on all sides in a broad variety of cases.
Since becoming certified as a mediator by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution in 2014, Frank has helped resolve hundreds of cases, with an overall success rate in excess of 90%.
WHY COURTHOUSE SQUARE MEDIATION?
- The Parties control the process. You can choose from (a) In-person mediation at our office or at the courthouse directly across the street; or (b) Zoom mediation if the parties prefer.
- Reasonable Rates: $295 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum.
- No charge for rescheduling or for cancellation with 1 business day’s notice.
- Located on the historic Marietta Square.
